For different reasons, people cannot get to a practitioner’s home or clinic for treatment, then the mobile services are an excellent option for them. Mobile Services are provided within Calgary Area.
In-Person Services:
These sessions are offered in my home studio.

How long is a Reiki Session?
Generally a Reiki session is between 45-60 minutes.

Am I clothed during my Reiki session?
Yes. You will be fully clothed. We recommend wearing loose and comfortable clothing for your Reiki session.

Will the Reiki Practitioner’s hands touch me?
During the session, the Reiki Practitioner will place the hands a few inches above your body with not actual touch. Sometimes the practitioner is guided to place the hands at the beginning at your head and at the end of the session on your feet, avoiding at all times all sensitive body parts. The practitioner will ask you at the begging of the session if you are ok with touch or not at all.

What will you feel during the Reiki Session?
Most of the people feel relax during the session. Some people may feel a sensation of tingling running through the body, others may sense a hot/warm sensation in the body. Everybody is different. Some people may fall asleep during the session.

What to do after my Reiki Session?
Reiki practitioners recommend drinking plenty of water to hydrate your body, as your body’s energy system may be moving at a more optimum rate. The reiki session will work as an energy detox for your body, and keeping hydrate is highly recommended.

How many sessions of Reiki do I need?
One session is a wonderful start. Try it and observe yourself and how Reiki makes you feel, for example, you may feel more relaxing, sleep better, etc. Many people, after trying one session, go for more. Everybody feels different. You can try 2 sessions per month, and then more spread out. It all depends on you, how you feel, go with what feels for you.
